The MBH Game is an Educational Game of the point-and-click adventure genre, coupled with educational content on Ocean/Sustainability topics to respond to a Learning Framework created for primary school education.

GAME IDEA (subject to changes)

  • The game idea is to present the player with a selected number of scenarios addressing the main critical aspects that the ocean has on our lives – from the economical and social aspects to the critical role in supporting life on Earth.
  • Each scenario should stress the importance of the Ocean, the problems affecting the ocean, causes for the problems affecting the ocean and sustainable practices that can reduce those problems.
  • In the game, the player is a member of a team devoted to the sustainability of life below water, that engages in missions to solve problems related to sustainable development related to water by exploring the game environment, gathering information/following clues and collecting and using items.
  • The main character is a child, that is accompanied by 2 friends – e.g. an octopus and a puffin. The teen is assigned with a mission and must explore the scenarios in order to solve the situation.
  • The player will have 3 or 4 missions to play, corresponding to 3/4 different topics and complexity levels.
